The "Dr. Carl Wolff" Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for vulnerable individuals. We provide essential services through three specialized centers:

• 🏡 Senior Care Home – provides accommodation and care for 106 seniors.
• 🏥 Adult Hospice – offers free palliative care for adults with terminal-stage oncological diseases. 14 beds.
• 👶 Children's Palliative Care Center – unique in Romania, providing free care for children with severe conditions. 10 beds.

To maintain and develop these vital services, we rely on multiple funding sources:

• 📌 Contributions from beneficiaries – for residents in the senior care home.
• 📌 Subsidy from the Ministry of Labor (Law 34/1998) – supporting elderly beneficiaries.
• 📌 Contracts with the Health Insurance Fund – partially covering palliative care for eligible patients.
• 📌 Donations and sponsorships – anyone can redirect 3.5% of their income tax or 20% of their corporate tax to our association.
• 📌 Grants and funding projects – securing funds to expand and improve our services.
• 📌 Fundraising campaigns – regularly organized to gather necessary resources.

📢 Palliative care for children and adults is provided free of charge, which is why we rely on community support.

While we have multiple sources of funding, they are not sufficient to cover all costs and further improve our services.
